If you want to enter Expert
(Level 20-23) you should not be getting Perfect game on 20-21 or getting SS+ on most 23's) If you can Stage clear most 24's and some 25's you should be in PRO division.) If you have the title EXPERT lvl 4 then you should be in the pro division. If you have Expert 3 then you may still want to play in PRO, but possibly expert.
